Litigation Associate

Litigation Associate in Park City, Utah office Parsons Behle & Latimer is seeking a Litigation associate with 4-7 years of experience to join our Park City, Utah office, to assist our clients with resolving a broad range of disputes. Our litigation team provides clients with an advantage analyzing claims and defenses, then determining a strategy. As a member of this team, you would have the opportunity to provide litigation services for local, regional, and national companies and would handle a variety of cases for other clients with unique litigation needs. With prior approval of the Board of Directors, extraordinary pro bono activity that exceeds 50 hours may be included in the billable hourly requirement. Successful candidates will have courtroom and deposition experience, and significant case-handling capability in complex civil litigation. Strong academic credentials and communication skills are required.

Requirements and Qualifications: A J.D. from an accredited university. Licensed attorney with 4-7 years legal experience. Admitted to practice in Utah. Extensive experience analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs that address sophisticated legal issues in complex litigation with both state and federal courts. Successfully argued motions Taken and defended depositions Trial experience. A commitment to client service and team success. Solid writing skills Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
