Who we are: Mountain Wine Storage is the first professional wine storage facility in Utah. We provide temperature and humidity controlled environment for wine enthusiasts with 24/7 security and concierge services. 

Pay Range: $54k - $64k.

Availability: Tuesday - Saturday (5 days/week), Full time only, usually 10 am-6 pm

Location: Heber, Utah

Primary Responsibilities: The Wine Concierge is responsible for managing the store on a day to day basis, including managing employees. Opening/closing the facility daily. Welcoming clients to the facility. Onboarding new clients, including entering them into AppFolio or other similar technology. Accepting deliveries on behalf of clients and putting deliveries into their storage locker(s). Removing wine from client storage lockers for pick up. Inventory of client wine using Cellar Tracker or other similar technology platform. Cleaning the warehouse and bathroomEntering invoices into AppFolio and tracking payments. Computer marketing/sales skills a plus. Opportunities to participate in commissions from customer sales. Applicants should have basic computer, Apple or Microsoft Office experience and ability to learn additional software systems; strong communication and customer service skills, and be in sufficient shape to move cases of wine, use pallet jacks, and ladders. Must be 21 years of age, posses a valid driver's license, and High School Diploma. Mountain Wine storage is a drug free environment, participates in E-verify, requires employees to background check, and potentially be bonded. Opening closes June 21, 2023 or when filled.
