Position Summary: This position reports to the Facilities Supervisor and is responsible for assisting in the upkeep of all the High West facilities. Responsibilities will include facilities upkeep, including janitorial and light maintenance duties.
Responsibilities: * Complete routine cleaning tasks, including, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, window washing and trash. * Support in repair and maintenance, and installation as appropriate, at a general level of equipment, infrastructure, fixtures, furnishings, and buildings. * Performs reactive maintenance duties including replacing lightbulbs, maintaining plumbing fixtures, painting and patching walls, snow/ice removal (winter) and moving furniture. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submitting orders to restock. * Maintain equipment and report issues to supervisor. * Assist 3rd party contractors or vendors, as requested. * Stays current with safety practices in the handling of materials and equipment or seeks supervisory direction for advice or training.
Minimum Qualifications: * High School Education, or equivalent. * Outstanding customer service skills. * Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical work. * Ability to assist in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. * Ability to operate hand, and power tools. * Ability to lift 75-100 pounds on a frequent basis. * Ability to climb ladders, work from heights and in small spaces, and be physically agile to perform required work. * Ability to speak and understand basic English. * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the company’s value of exhibiting the highest quality standards in all endeavors. * Ability to work weekdays, weekends and evenings as scheduled. Over 40 hours per week can be expected during high workload periods. * Ability to provide reliable transportation to work.
Preferred Qualifications: * Prior janitorial and maintenance experience

The salary range for this role is: $19.61 - $30.68
