McGregor PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly), is a community service program that provides in-home healthcare services to the elderly as an alternative to nursing home placement, allowing seniors to remain at home.
We are expanding into Lorain County and have an opening for an experienced Clinic RN who will deliver comprehensive health services for frail/elderly program participants in both our on-site Clinic and in the consumers' home as required. This candidate work closely with our Primary Care Physicians and as a key member of our interdisciplinary team for seniors at risk for nursing home placement Our version of the RN Clinic /Home Care role will NOT be your traditional interpretation of service delivery. - 1ST SHIFT ONLY!
- NO HOLIDAYS!
This position requires an energetic contributor who excels at working in a team environment.
Required Qualifications:
- RN licensed in Ohio, Valid ODL and reliable car.
- Prior experience working with the frail population in community health or adult day care preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills required
- Computer experience, desirable
- Bilingual English / Spanish a PLUS!
