Building Systems Transportation (BST) has been in business for over 35 years. We strive to make each driver a success story and improve their trucking career. BST believes in employing the best drivers on the road, and we do so by ensuring each driver feels supported and welcomed by the BST family.

At BST, we pay a % of the line haul for each route. For Dry Van Drivers, your percentage will start at 22% after your training and rising to 24% after 90 days. Regional Drivers make on average $1,200 gross per week up to $1,400 gross.

Below I’ve listed other benefits and incentives we offer to members of the BST team:

• $500 Retention Bonus (after 1 year of full time employment)
• $200 Quarterly Safety Bonus ($800 additional per year)
• $100 Training Pay Per Day (Up to 4 weeks)
  • Remember - You will be assigned an experienced driver trainer positioned beside you ­– No team splitting!
• $3,000 Tuition Reimbursement after 90 days (paid $100 per month)
• Medical/Dental/Vision Available (after 60 days of employment; following the 1st of the following month)
• 401K Plan where BST will match 100% up to 4% of your contribution (invested from day 1)
• Personal Time Off (PTO) of 2 days after 30 days (5 days after 1 year/10 days after 2 years)
• 7 Paid Holidays (after 30 days of employment)

BST drivers work basically a 5 day work week and we schedule all our drivers home and off for their 34 hour reset. We have shifts that start all hours of the day, 7 days a week.

Requirements For A Driving Position With BST

• MUST Have Class A CDL
• Experience Is A Plus, But Not Mandatory (We Provide Paid Training)
• Motor Vehicle Record Must Be Clean - Cannot Have 4 Points Or More
• No Reckless Operation Tickets Or DUI's In The Last 5 Years
• Must Pass Background Check And Drug Test
• Knowledge Of Applicable Truck Driving Rules And Regulations
• Additional Qualification May Apply
