ATHLETE INTERN - DATA ENTRY
CLASSIFICATION Seasonal Part-time (6 months)
FLSA Non Exempt
REPORTS TO Athlete Career & Education Manager
LOCATION Park City, UT
SALARY $15/hr
HOURS 15-30 hours per week
SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Athlete Intern within High Performance to do data entry. The Athlete Intern will play a crucial role in supporting our operations through meticulous data entry, database management, and assistance in various administrative tasks.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter and update alumni athlete information
- Converting data into digital
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data entered.
- Assist in the verification of data for accuracy and completeness.
- Help maintain digital records and perform regular backups.
- Collaborate with staff to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including document preparation, filing, and report generation.
- Participate in special projects related to data analysis and management as required.

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
- Current national team athlete or alumni
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Familiarity with database software and MS Office (Excel, Access)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
-Must be at least 18 years old
