LACO Technologies is seeking an All-star Service Coordinator to play a key role in our Service Department. We are not one of those big companies that contract out customer service. Description
- Single point of contact for all service requests
- Oversee our rental leak detector process
- Provide quality quotes and timely follow-up on quotes
- Coordinate all internal process and liaison team work flow prioritization
- Provide exceptional customer service for LACO’s existing and prospective clients
- Receive customer complaints and warranty claims for services
- Work closely with our vendors and coordinate with them on repairs and warranty claims
- Monitor promise dates and effectively raise escalations to internal teams
- Communicate via phone and email to meet customer service and support needs
- Work closely with our technical staff to enable top-notch customer support
- Respond to customer requests in a timely and responsive manner
- Interact with service personnel to coordinate customer promise dates
- Voice of Customer champion

- Experience with ERP systems a plus

Education & Experience
- High school diploma
- Post-high school education is not required but preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
Job Details
- Pay $20-$22 an hour
- Flexible schedule options with the potential to work a 9/80 work schedule with alternating Fridays off. This position is not remote.
