Harmonious Capital Administration, a leading private market investing SaaS company, is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals with potential clients. Your strong communication and negotiation skills, along with your ability to build and maintain relationships, will be key to achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and generate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
- Consultative Selling:
Engage with prospects to understand their requirements and tailor sales presentations to showcase how our products meet their specific needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value and benefits of our solutions.
Provide consultative guidance to prospects throughout the sales process to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
- Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Leverage networking events, industry conferences, and other opportunities to expand your professional network and generate referrals.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable contracts and close deals.
Handle objections, address concerns, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract negotiations and timely contract execution.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales management team.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the technology or financial industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build rapport with clients at various levels.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Hubspot, Slack, Pitchbook, and Crunchbase are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
