Position Description:
Working on the Service Desk Team, you will start with remote and onsite customer support. Most of this support will be over the phone.
After training you will work on site to provide hardware installs and outstanding customer service. You will be working and resolving issues as they are assigned to you.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent remote Network, Server and PC support.
- Travel onsite to preform hardware installs and client facing troubleshooting.
- Maintaining time records, ticket tracking and other customer documentation in real-time.
- Interfacing with 3rd Party Support Vendors.
- Work after-hours, weekends and on-call as needed in a rotation with the other team members.
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
