JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve clients to the highest level of satisfaction possible

Manage the project preparation work by measuring and planning the project

Project manage construction projects to completion

Manage the calendar for all construction crews

Order materials, supplies, and items for each project

Ensure each project is installed with company-approved and quality-driven methods

Load materials, tools, and equipment and transport for each job as needed

Moves each job at a pace to ensure efficiency and quality

REQUIREMENTS:

2-4 years of project management or team leadership experience

General remodeling/construction experience

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques

Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal employees

Ability to travel to job sites

Ability to lift 25-75 lbs.

Proven problem-solving skills

“Can do” attitude

Team Player mentality

Regular and punctual

Quick and eager to learn

Valid driver’s license

Authorized to work in U.S.

Experience with the following is a plus:

Project Management certifications

Bath and Shower remodeling history

Finish carpentry experience

Ceramic tile/Vinyl tile installation experience

General construction/remodeling skills
