Modular Home Sales Representative

The Role

Our company offers a diverse range of modular homes to clients nationwide. We will provide you with qualified leads generated through our website daily. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging in detailed discussions with clients to understand their specific home-building requirements, addressing their queries, determining pricing, preparing provided contracts, and ultimately guiding them toward selecting the ideal home that meets their needs. These leads represent individuals who are actively seeking assistance, presenting an exceptional opportunity for immediate engagement.

Pay

This job is commission pay only. There's endless potential with our high-ticket homes that currently range from 30k to 180k+. Since the pay is commission only, you will receive 10% from each sale which means you'll earn anywhere from $3000 to $18,000 + per order. With consistent warm leads, you receive every day and with an uncapped commission, the sky is the limit.

Responsibilities

Call, email, text, and follow up with clients.
Assist clients through the sales process by answering questions regarding things such as financing, products, prices, and availability.
Determine pricing for quotes and negotiations.
Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Maintaining client records.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a sales representative
Knowledge using applications such as MS Office, Paint (or Photoshop is a plus), and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, patience, time management, and organizational skills
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
