Data Analyst Location: Hybrid or Remote / Murray, UT / Full Time This position is not eligible for sponsorship or approved for third party recruiters. The Challenge and The Opportunity We are seeking an innovative Data Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help drive key marketing decisions. You will be responsible for gathering, cleansing, and transforming large datasets into actionable insights.

This requires a strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, strong problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies Develop and maintain data models and organized databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility Identify trends and patterns in datasets to help drive decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and develop solutions and improve operational efficiencies Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders Implement and monitor data quality control measures Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis The Team Our team consists of over 160 members located across the United States. Requirements The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field 2+ years of experience as a data analyst, preferably in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysis Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlikview, or Power BI Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and techniques Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Skilled in presenting findings in a clear and concise manner Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques is a plus Benefits Compensation We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Pay rates are based on your skills, experience and location; bonus opportunities are based on both company and individual performance. The starting annual pay range is: $67,725 - $73,100 in Vancouver, WA $61,800 - $73,300 in Murray, UT $58,656 - $68,800 in Columbus, OH $61,100 - $77,400 in N Smithfield, RI Candidates from different locations within the United States may receive varying salary offers.
