The Mountain Wests premier ski and bike rental delivery platform, Skis on the Run, is hiring full-time Digital Marketing Manager. This is a Full Time/Year Round job with benefits and a flexible work schedule to maximize your time outside. Be part of a fun team who sets the standard in the ski and bike industry. Responsibilities Include:

Manage all website content creation around branding, seasonal verbiage, blogging, back links, imagery and related.
Oversee all digital direct to consumer messaging and brand promotions emails, posts, etc across all platforms.
Oversee our paid and organic online brand presence across all platforms by overseeing advertising and messaging on appropriate online applications google ads, Instagram, facebook, etc.
Responsible for optimizing SEO to ensure first page, top location of our brand critical key word searches by continually improving, adding key ranking factors - backlinks, blogs, goggle business profile, customer reviews, etc.
Build our online follower and customer base through incremental content creation and consistency of brand messaging for all platforms through Instagram, facebook, youtube and other key online platforms.
Work with the Management team to create a seasonal promotion calendar.
Build a seasonal content creation plan and budget that highlights types of posts, topics of posts, frequency and any associated paid costs to effectively build on our online brand.
Must exhibit strong leadership skills and an ability to work independently.
Work with General Manager, Area Managers and Sales and Marketing Manager to build and promote consistent brand messages for online communications.
Make sure all digital branding materials are maintained and refreshed seasonally to reflect new pricing, products and service offerings.
Hire and manage all 3rd party vendors to assist in digital brand building, marketing and sales initiatives.
Must be able to communicate Skis on the Run culture, values and goals to employees, community and guests.
Assist with maintenance of relevant website platforms internally and with 3rd party vendors.
Reports to Skis on the Run General Manager and Owner.
All other duties, activities and processes as assigned.
