Requirements:

• Proven Track record of results in new business sales

• Excellent sales presentation skills and ability to close deals

• B2B sales, the mentality to find new business opportunity

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• High level of motivation, self-driven and independent

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a PLUS

• 3-Years minimum in sales and operational experience, prefer janitorial experience

• Batchelor degree, business owner experience, or equivalent experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)

• Reliable Transportation

• Have a flexible schedule

• Able to qualify to work in US and pass background check

Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Sales for new customers and existing customers

• Coordinate operations for new and existing customers

• Recruit, onboard, and train, and retain cleaning crews

• Conduct in person customer visits, resolve complaints, and reply to customer requests.

• Coordinate start of new customers

• Sales and customer retention goals met

• Clear consistent communication with customers, contractors, and executive team leaders

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base - $60,000 - $70,000, plus sales commission, plus 5% commission of annual revenue- payout at 90-days and 9-months, 2.5% each

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• On call

• Weekend availability as needed.
