Salary: $23 - $25 Hourly ($47,840 -$52,000/yr) + Benefits (Employee Medical 100% covered)

Inside Sales Support (Order Processing; entry-level) Description

Our client in the manufacturing and distribution industry is looking for an Inside Sales Support to add to their team in Salt Lake City, UT. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and orders through various channels, ensuring professionalism and courtesy. You will also manage local buyout item purchases. Our client seeks candidates who are adept multitaskers with strong organizational skills. While a mechanical, electrical, or automotive aptitude is desirable, our client believes they can train anyone with the right initiative and personality to be successful in this role. Inside Sales Support (Order Processing; entry-level) Responsibilities

• Process customer requests and orders
• Assist customers in a timely and courteous manner
• Purchase local buyout items
• Provide design assistance to meet customer needs
• Lead the customer toward making a purchase
• Process customer returns and complete Return Goods Authorizations
• Maintain accurate and legible customer files
• Keep up to date on new products and vendor updates

Inside Sales Support (Order Processing; entry-level) Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email & in person
• Desire to learn a range of industrial, mechanical & electrical products required
• Computer proficiency required
• Ability to work in the office required
